Your ban situation/time might be change according to your attitude as well as your ban history
Administrator does not have to provide you proofs. We only do this when we wanna hide the reporting player's name.
Most of the time your ban reason is stated when you try login in our Launcher.
Permanent bans could potentially be changed to Mac/IP Address ban rather than only account ban
Administration does not have to give you information about the reported player's punishment.
About trashtalking
We are allowing trash talking to an extend. We will not mute every time you say a swear word or trash talk to someone. If you are disturbed by a player's messages, you should block that player in game or discord. Simply because you choose to not block a player and see the messages we do not punish people. It is after all a game and everyone is trying to enjoy. Everyone has a different way of enjoying the game. However using global chat for extensive trash talking and hate speech, racism will not be tolerated except simple swear words. When happens punishments will be more strict.
