GENERAL CHANGES
Fixed some issues with language packs
Now you can see worker promote chance
Added Sycraia (Lower) TP and changed existing one's name to Sycraia (Upper) TP
Increased Naval Fame recovery quest reward "Hans' Contract" to 50.000 every completion
Disabled Moon Seal drops, quests, challenge rewards. (Exchanges and players items has not been removed)
Ingame New Year login rewards has been disabled

Low Level Character remove time is set to 3 hours
Character remove time is set to 12 hours
Tagging Market Place price reflection decreased by 15%
Now will not lose EXP upon Monster death if player is not negative karma
Updated Tunkuta map text to Recommended AP: 280 (Recommended Party of 3)
Now once you tag your characters, ship/mount will also be shared.
Before tagging you must place your horse/ship to stable/wharf. After tagging you can get your mount/ship out and use it on both of your tagged characters
RBF Balance System enabled (need testing)
This is retails balance system which we don't much know how it works. Currently we will see if it makes any difference
Negative Karma Item Enchant Level Decrease Penalty Changes upon Monster Death;
-300k, 1 item enhance level can downgrade
-500k, 1 or 2 items enhance level can downgrade
-750k, 2 or 3 items enhance level can downgrade
-1000k, 3 or 4 item enhance level can downgrade

GUILD CHANGES
Now Guilds that owns Siege Territories now can participate in Node Wars. (Require testing)
If this is working we will monitor how this will affect server's PvP state, if you wanna share your thought use suggestion-forum on this subject
Now after war declaration of Guild War, guilds will pay some percent of their funds to keep the war open every 24 hours. (need testing)
150000 Silver + 0.5% of current Guild Funds
The % applied to current Guild Funds will stack by 0.5% every 24h up to 3.0%

Adventurer Notes page is now shows our custom ranking
Implemented custom Redeem Code section in game Coupon page (No login required)
Added LifeSkill ranking.
BUG FIXES
GM Blessing buff and item has been deleted from every player.
GM Blessing item and buff disabled completely.
Class spesific UI Elements (Mystic, Sorceress etc.) not showing for Custom HP bar is fixed.
Fixed Dandelion Crimson Glavies cant repaired with Ancient Memory Fragment
