• Decrease detecting player with Black Robed Man NPC to 20B

• Increased Guild Silver reward from Guild Quests x10

• Removed Marni's Suspicious Device Questline

• Added new quest to Black Spirit named "MoonBD Item Copy Unlock". Requirement: Hit Level 60

BUG FIXES

• Fixed character level limit 70 (you can still get exp after 70 but it will be stuck at %100)

• Too much gathering drop rate was creating a bug where it was not increasing gathering drop rate, adjusted buffs from Custom alchemy stones and removed from MoonBD Premium to make it so that it does not create the bug. Currently with all the gathering drop rate buffs in game you hit limit
