PEN: Blackstar Sub-Weapon quest now requires being 61 level to accept

New quest added PEN: Blackstar Main-Weapon quest to Zeus requires 62 level to accept;

• Give 15x Remnants of the Rift to Zeus NPC

New quest added PEN: Blackstar Awakening-Weapon quest to Zeus requires 63 level to accept;

• Give 20x Remnants of the Rift to Zeus NPC

New Recipes

Processing (L) - Heating

• Moonlight/Starlight/Sunlight Earring/Ring will give 20x Concentrated Energy

• Moonlight/Starlight/Sunlight Necklace/Belt will give 30x Concentrated Energy

Values will stay same for enhanced versions

World Bosses

Added loot ranking system to Zodd World Boss;

• First 20 players will receive S Tier loot table

• 40 Players after first 20 will receive A Tier loot table

• Rest of the players will receive C Tier loot table

Loot tables;

• S Tier loot table: %20 rate boost

• A Tier: Current table

• C Tier: -50% drop rates

Basically first 60 players will receive best rewards. Zodd was the only boss where ranking was not applied. All other bosses has ranking applied, and first 10-50 players receive more loot.

Added Zodd's Blood item to Zodd Loot Table, you can exchange to valueable good at Spirit NPC

Drastically decreased Zodd Boss HP

Drastically increased Zodd Boss Accuracy and AP

Gear Copy

Lowered gear copy price by %30, this is due to insane amounts of silver required for Godr and Visionary Sets. If this is not enough we welcome feedback.

Siege

Reduced the duration of everything installed with the Node/Conquest War Annex Assembly Tool to 5 second

Fixed issue where siege build was impossible.

Skills

Twisting Wind changed to now be registerable in a Skill Cooldown Slot.

Flow: Earth Dividing changed the cooldown to 10 sec.

Shuriken: Moon Dive changed the skill cooldown to 12 sec.

Ninjutsu: Decapitation changed the skill cooldown to 12 sec.

Bug Fixes

Fixed Blessed Abyssal Matchlock craft recipe

Fixed an issue where Galactic Alchemy Stone of Life provides more buffs than intended; Cooking/Alchemy time was %10 more than intended. This shouldn't be that noticable but value was %10 higher.
